Can we start with a small project?
Yes. A focused review, a workflow improvement or an initial prototype can be a useful starting point. We define the scope together.
Do I need to know which service I need?
No. Describe the challenge or the outcome you want. We can explore whether innovation, technology, commercial support or a combination fits.
How are projects priced?
After the initial discussion, we define the deliverables, timing and proposed fees. You review and agree to the scope before work begins.

The website does not use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking pixels. The contact form and project assistant ask for your name, email and project details to respond to your enquiry. Before chatting, you agree to saving your details and automatically sharing the conversation with MLJET for project follow-up. Once a name and valid email are submitted, details and submitted messages are saved in a Cloudflare database. A recap is emailed to MLJET’s private inbox through Resend when you end the conversation, leave the page or stop responding for at least five minutes, including incomplete enquiries. Closing or restarting the assistant does not cancel automatic sharing of information already submitted. Delivered conversations are removed from the website database after 30 days; undelivered enquiries remain available for delivery retries and review. MLJET uses this information to respond and discuss your project, not to subscribe you to a newsletter. Contact info@mljet.ch for access, correction or deletion requests. Mailbox and service-provider records have separate retention rules.
Cloudflare hosts and secures the website. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse and processes security-related connection information. When AI mode is enabled, conversation messages are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to generate replies; do not include confidential information. The contact fields collected at the start of the assistant are not included in the AI request, but any personal details you type in conversation messages will be. Cloudflare and Resend may process information outside Switzerland under their own data-processing arrangements. If automatic delivery is not configured, the assistant is unavailable and directs visitors to info@mljet.ch. The separate contact form can still offer a draft to send using your own email provider. The hosting provider may process technical connection data needed to deliver and secure the website. External map and personal-profile links lead to services with their own privacy policies. Business enquiries are not added to a newsletter.
